August 1, Sunday, 4 PM at Murder by the Book. Portland, OR. Launch party!

August 4 Wednesday 7 PM Powell's Cedar Hills Bookstore Beaverton, OR. A wonderful store that is kind to authors and readers both.

August 5, Thursday, 11 AM. I'll be on Portland community radio station KBOO. Join Ed Goldberg and me for sparkling insights and witty repartee on "Live Between the Covers" at 90.7 on your dial.

August 6 Friday 5-9 PM and August 7 Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM Art in the Heart, Vancouver, WA. This is a fun street fair with lots going on.

August 21 Saturday Northwest Author Fair, Lincoln City, OR, noon to 3 PM. Surf and books! What could be better?

September 3, Friday, 7 PM Border's Bookstore, downtown Portland at 708 SW 3rd Avenue. Right across from The Rack. Make a night of it and join me.

September 23, Thursday, 7 PM. Friends of Mystery, 2545 SW Terwilliger Plaza, Portland, OR--Inside Terwilliger Plaza itself. The public is welcome. Meet local mystery fans! Hear me reveal deeply hidden secrets about writing mysteries. Or about elephants. Whatever, it'll be fun.

October 14, Thursday, thru Sunday October 17 I'll be in San Francisco for Bouchercon, the big mystery conference.

October 18, Monday, 2 PM. Velma Teague Library in Glendate, Arizona, hosted by the famous mystery reviewer Lesa Holstine.

October 19, Tuesday, 7 PM, Poisoned Pen Bookstore in Scottsdale, Arizona. I'll be signing with "Michael Stanley", the writing team of Michael Sears and Stanley Trollip, authors of the Inspector Kubu series.

October 20, Wednesday, Clues Unlimited Bookstore, Tucson, Arizona. Time TBD
